Definitions

  • Company: Refers to Tiger ICT Limited.
  • Client: Refers to any individual or business purchasing or subscribing to services from the Company.
  • Services: Include EPOS systems, POS, IT support, Website Development, Software Development, Payment Gateway Solutions, and related hardware/software solutions.

1. Scope of Services

Tiger ICT Limited offers the following Services:

  • EPOS Systems: Supply, installation, configuration, and support of electronic point-of-sale systems tailored for restaurants, retail, and hospitality.
  • Website Development: Design and development of responsive, SEO-friendly websites.
  • Software Development: Custom software solutions including business applications, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Card Terminal & Payment Gateway Solutions: Provision and setup of payment terminals, integration with gateways, and ongoing support.
  • EPOS Hardware Accessories: Supply of compatible accessories (printers, cash drawers, scanners, etc.).

2. Commercial & Operational Terms

General Agreement Terms

All Services provided by Tiger ICT Limited are subject to a **formal agreement or accepted quotation**. Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

Installation dates will be confirmed upon payment or signed agreement. **Delays caused by the Client** (e.g., site not ready, lack of access) may result in rescheduling fees, which will be communicated in advance.

Invoices are payable **within 14 days of issue** unless specific payment terms are agreed upon in writing. **Late payments may incur interest charges**. Hardware purchases typically require full payment upfront prior to delivery or installation.

Hardware provided by Tiger ICT Limited comes with a **standard manufacturer warranty**. Software and website support are provided as per the details outlined in the respective **Service Level Agreement (SLA)** signed by the Client.

Either party may terminate the agreement with **30 days written notice**. Early termination by the Client may incur specific fees as detailed in the contract terms.


3. Legal & Regulatory

Data Protection & Privacy

Tiger ICT Limited complies with **UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018**.

Client data is handled securely and used only for service delivery and support, in accordance with our separate **Privacy Policy**.

Limitation of Liability

Tiger ICT Limited is **not liable for any indirect losses** including loss of business, profits, or data.

Liability is strictly limited to the **value of the contract** under which the loss occurred.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of **England and Wales**. The courts of England and Wales have ** exclusive jurisdiction** over any disputes.

Complaints & Amendments

Complaints should be emailed to **info@tigerict.com**. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
